**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Used Car Sales Controller to lead and manage a team of sales professionals at our new flagship site in Camberley.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
- Ensure the dealership is well-managed, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with team members, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Great computer literacy and ability to use sales software and systems.
The successful candidate will work a mix of weekends and weekdays, with a rota-dependent schedule that includes long days of 4 or 5 days per week.
Compensation and Benefits:The salary for this role is £42,000-£49,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus a highly achievable bonus scheme with an OTE of £55k-£60k and other company incentives.
