Automotive Sales Manager

Command Recruitment is seeking an experienced Used Car Sales Controller to join their team at their new Flagship site in Camberley. This is an exciting opportunity to build and run a new team in a brand new dealership.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and commercially minded individual to lead our sales team. As a Sales Controller, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing the team, and ensuring customer service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Manage the sales team's performance and provide regular feedback
- Resource the sales team appropriately to ensure optimal performance
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and results-driven
What We Offer
- Competitive salary of £42,000-£49,000 dependent on experience
- Highly achievable bonus scheme with an OTE of £55k-£60k

Working Pattern
The successful candidate will work a mixture of weekends and weekdays, with a rota-dependent schedule.
