About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Controller to lead our sales team at our new Flagship dealership in Camberley. As a Sales Controller, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue, managing the sales team, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Sales Team: Unleash the potential of the sales team by setting stretching objectives and providing regular feedback on performance against these objectives.
  • Resource the Sales Team: Resource the sales team appropriately on a day-to-day and longer-term basis.
  • Maintain Relationships: Maintain good relationships with customers, colleagues, and other departments.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure that compliance is enforced and that it meets all the obligations relating to the customer experience and to the manufacturer's standards within the Sales arena.
  • Maximize Sales Revenue: Manage the day-to-day sales activities such as deal files, handovers, and sales funnel to maximise sales revenue.
Requirements
  • A proven track record in sales (within the Automotive Industry)
  • The ability to lead by example, manage and inspire the team to deliver an Incredible performance.
  • Experience supervising a team.
  • Strong customer focus
  • Great computer literacy
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivation
Working Pattern

Your working pattern will cover a mixture of weekends and weekdays, mainly long days of 4 or 5 days per week, rota dependent.

Pay and Benefits

As a Sales Controller, you will receive a base salary of £42,000-£49,000 Dependent on experience + a highly achievable bonus scheme with an OTE of £55k-£60k plus other company incentives, competitions etc.
