About the Role:


Our client, a leading used car supermarket, is seeking an experienced Used Car Sales Team Lead to join their team in Camberley. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and expanding business, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales performance.


Key Responsibilities:


As a Used Car Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  2. Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales.
  3. Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.


Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Proven Sales Experience: A track record of sales success in the automotive industry, with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  2. Leadership Skills: The ability to lead and motivate a team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.
  3. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.


Working Pattern:


The successful candidate will be required to work a mixture of weekends and weekdays, with a rota-dependent schedule.


Benefits:


As a Used Car Sales Team Lead, you will receive a competitive salary, plus a highly achievable bonus scheme with an OTE of £55,000 - £60,000 per annum. You will also have access to a range of company benefits and incentives.
