About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Used Car Sales Leader to join our team at ANY-Web Ltd. as part of our ongoing expansion. This is an exciting opportunity to build and run a new team at our flagship dealership in Camberley.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Ensure the dealership is well-managed, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales performance.
- Resource the sales team appropriately to meet business needs.
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Great computer literacy and ability to use sales software.
- Self-motivation and a customer-centric attitude.
Working Pattern
The successful candidate will work a mixture of weekends and weekdays, with a rota-dependent schedule.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary for this role is £42,000-£49,000, dependent on experience, plus a highly achievable bonus scheme with an OTE of £55,000-£60,000, plus other company incentives and benefits.
