Job Description

**Brand Management Manager**

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the brand activation plan and marketing budget for UK and Ireland, aligned with the international brand strategy.
  • Lead a team in the implementation and animation of all partners and clients.
  • Drive business growth through the promotion of Babolat in practice locations and ensure brand visibility and product awareness on the field.
  • Manage relationships with promoters to drive activations and collaborations with the field network (players, coaches, clubs, tournaments).
  • Promote the brand online in UK and Ireland through the creation of local content and activation of the national digital ecosystem.
  • Build and manage the annual activation plan and marketing budget, adapting to local specificities while following the global strategy.
  • Activate relevant market levers (digital, grassroots, media, etc.) and analyze activations, sharing reports with HQ brand activation.
  • Manage the global follow-up and budget with each promoter and sales representative, ensuring adherence to the annual budget.
  • Promote the brand on all digital relevant levers in the market.
  • Create and animate local digital content in collaboration with an agency.
  • Close work with community managers to relay local content, ambassadors' content, and activation of local influencers.
  • Activate the local B2B network: sharing digital toolboxes with webdealers, creating specific activations with them.
  • Provide commercial support for all retailers' requests (visuals, products info, B2B access, etc.).
Promotion & Grassroots
  • Manage and animate a promoters' team and sales reps in other regions to maintain the following missions in the whole territory:
  • Activations in clubs: organize regular products test sessions/animations in partner clubs & events.
  • Detect, recruit, and sign contracts with local players and juniors.
  • Coaches, clubs & local federations partnerships:
    • Detect, recruit, and sign contracts with coaches and clubs/academies, in line with the global strategy.
    • Visit clubs, maintain good relationships with the network, and ensure Babolat product visibility.
    • Organize activations with local federations/leagues.
    • Select and drive national and local events, in line with the global strategy.
HQ Projects & Involvement
  • Coordination and participation in transversal global projects, providing feedbacks/ideas and implementing actions decided in the market.
  • Participation in global Brand Activation seminars to provide local input.
  • Responsibility of the marketing budget construction and follow-up, with the country manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, in business and/or marketing.
  • At least 3 years' experience in marketing or sales department with management experience.
  • Ability to negotiate contracts and deal with commercial conditions.
  • Relationship marketing skills.
  • Languages: operational English, French is a plus.

Compensation

Gross Base salary paid over 12 monthly installments + Individual performance bonus + collective performance bonus.
