About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Controller to join our team at Command Recruitment. As a Sales Controller, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales executives to achieve exceptional results and provide outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives to deliver exceptional results and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Performance Management: Set stretching objectives, provide regular feedback, and ensure the team is working efficiently to achieve targets.
  • Customer Focus: Ensure that every customer interaction is exceptional, and the team is delivering an incredible customer experience.
  • Process Improvement: Encourage the sales team to review processes and implement new ideas to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all sales activities are compliant with manufacturer standards and customer experience obligations.
  • Resource Management: Resource the sales team appropriately to ensure they have the necessary tools and support to achieve their objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: A proven track record in sales, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Leadership Skills: The ability to lead by example, manage, and inspire the team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer focus and the ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Computer Literacy: Strong computer literacy and the ability to use sales software and systems.
Working Pattern

The working pattern will cover a mixture of weekends and weekdays, mainly long days of 4 or 5 days per week, rota dependent.

Pay and Benefits

As a Sales Controller, you will receive a base salary of 42,000- 49,000 Dependent on experience + a highly achievable bonus scheme with an OTE of 55k- 60k plus other company incentives.
