External Wall Insulation Business Development Manager

About the Company:
On Target Recruitment Ltd is a UK-based manufacturer of external wall insulation solutions operating successfully in the UK market for over 15 years. With significant growth over the past three years, they are looking to expand their dynamic specification sales team with opportunities for career development and advancement.
The Role:
You will join a growing team to promote a range of external wall insulation systems for social housing projects, targeting large-scale projects with housing associations, local authorities, and architects. Working directly with main contractors, installers, and architects to protect specifications and ensure smooth project delivery. The ideal candidate will have specific experience in external wall insulation or related render, cladding or building envelope systems. An estimated salary for this role is £70,000 - £100,000 OTE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote external wall insulation systems to social housing clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities
