Job Description: As a Business Expansion Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within our distributor network. You will work closely with internal sales teams, external partners, and marketing departments to drive lead generation and new business ideas. With a strong focus on customer relationships, strategic planning, and sales growth, this role offers a unique opportunity to drive business expansion and contribute to our company's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve targeted sales growth of 20% per annum.
  • Maintain and build relationships with key stakeholders, including Board members, Field Sales teams, and distributors.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor trends to inform product development and sales growth.
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams, external partners, and marketing departments to drive lead generation and new business ideas.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the commercial catering equipment industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in using spreadsheet formulas and calculations.

Salary: $95,000 - $125,000 per annum
