Job Summary

We are seeking a highly competent Studio Coordinator to provide comprehensive organisational and facilities support for Studio, Visuals, and Showroom activities.

The ideal candidate will be highly computer literate, with strong administrative and organisational skills, and the ability to handle multiple assignments quickly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Support
    • Ensure collection samples availability for upcoming events, including trainings, press appointments, styling sessions, shoots, and showrooms.
    • Retro-plan activities to ensure a seamless process and ensure complete adherence to the schedule.
  • Sample Management
    • Ensure data accuracy in sample trackers with inventory checks as required.
    • Establish good relationships with Product teams and possess good knowledge of the collection, differentiating between SRS, eComm, and PPS samples.
  • Logistics and Administration
    • Secure spaces for product-related meetings and ensure appropriate layout of samples in an organised manner.
    • Manage dry cleaning as needed and ensure general upkeep and tidiness for zero damage to samples.
    • Book models for fittings, styling, and other events, and update the team on bookings.
    • Organise all in-house casting for the RTW team and manage budget spend.
  • Shoot Support
    • Provide meticulous support on the setup and pack-down of shoots and styling sessions, including detailed packing lists for external transport.
    • Support in carnet logistics and protection, with guidance and support from the Operations team, for shoots outside the UK.
    • Act as a point of contact during off-site shoots within the UK and set up catering and model welfare requirements.
    • Remain as a point of contact for late additions requiring urgent shipments during shoots abroad.

Requirements

  • Highly computer literate, particularly in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Professionalism and a high degree of confidentiality, discretion, and integrity.
  • Ability to work independently, with an acute sense of responsibility and accountability, and a well-developed sense of maturity, judgement, and self-confidence to deal with senior and high-profile internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple assignments quickly and efficiently, while showing diplomacy and sensitivity.
  • Proactively think ahead, anticipate needs, and be confident in taking the initiative.
  • Ability to be very flexible, to re-prioritise, and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Solution-oriented, with a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong communication skills, including excellent written and spoken English, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to organise space, with good housekeeping as second nature.
  • Ability to remain calm, positive, and professional in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, and work around challenges.
