Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and organized Administrative Support Officer to join our busy children's ward team. As a key member of our team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the nursing staff and doctors, ensuring the smooth operation of the ward.
Main Duties:
- Data inputting and management
- Admitting and discharging patients
- Answering telephone enquiries
- Preparing case notes and filing
Requirements:
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
- Computer literacy with experience of Microsoft Office
