Job Summary

AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team. As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for registering new applicants, arranging and accompanying viewings, obtaining viewing feedback and negotiating sales, building and maintaining good relationships with vendors and buyers, and providing consistently high levels of service and communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Register new applicants and manage their expectations
  • Arrange and accompany viewings to showcase properties to potential buyers
  • Obtain viewing feedback and negotiate sales to meet client objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers to ensure a smooth transaction process
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication to ensure client satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and client requirements to provide efficient service

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales negotiation and property sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Good IT skills and proficiency in property software
  • Smart and presentable appearance
  • Full UK driving license and ability to travel to client meetings
  • Right to work in the UK
