  • Coordinate and accompany viewings, gathering valuable feedback to inform negotiation strategies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and support the growth of the business.

Requirements:

  • Passionate about delivering outstanding service and results-driven.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in IT systems and tools, with a strong understanding of data management and analysis.
  • Smart and presentable, with a full UK driving license and the right to work in the UK.

Remuneration:

  • Competitive basic salary of £28,000 - £30,000, commensurate with experience.
  • Share of office commission and profit share opportunities.
  • On-target earnings of £33,000+, rising as the office performance improves.
  • 25 days holiday, plus additional benefits and perks.
