An exciting opportunity has become available for a young sales negotiator to join their friendly and professional team at one of their offices. This is a great career opportunity for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out viewings and obtain feedback from viewers.
  • Offer companies services to vendors.
  • Develop leads into viewings and instructions
  • Arrange viewings of properties for sale.
  • Talking to purchasers and understanding their requirements.
  • Negotiate offers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Ideally have a minimum of 12 months industry experience in residential sales
  • Smart appearance
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Full driving licence and own car

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
  • Saturday 9.30am to 4.30pm (1 in 4)
