About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join our team at AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters. As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for registering new applicants, arranging and accompanying viewings, obtaining viewing feedback and negotiating sales, building and maintaining good relationships with vendors and buyers, and providing consistently high levels of service and communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Register new applicants and manage their expectations
  • Arrange and accompany viewings to showcase properties to potential buyers
  • Obtain viewing feedback and negotiate sales to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication to ensure client satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales negotiation and property sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good IT skills and proficiency in property software
  • Full UK driving license and ability to travel to meet clients
  • Live within a commutable distance of our office
  • Right to work in the UK

What We Offer

  • Competitive basic salary of £28,000 per annum
  • Commission on sales
  • Potential EOT scheme - percentage of company profit
  • Referral bonuses
  • 45p mileage allowance
  • 25 days annual leave

Working Hours

  • Monday - Friday 9am-6pm
  • Every other Saturday 9am-5pm
