Head of Asset Management

Rockdale Village - Senior Living is seeking an experienced and ambitious Head of Asset Management to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Association's built environment and infrastructure, across our rented and leasehold independent living apartments, our care home, and our communal facilities and offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the Association's built environment and infrastructure
  • Coordinate all aspects of Health & Safety for the Association
  • Provide a high-quality, responsive housing service that delivers and focuses on positive resident outcomes and satisfaction
  • Develop and implement effective budget management and negotiation skills
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Degree-level education
  • Housing management qualification (Level 4 and above)
  • Proven experience in a similar role at a similar level
  • Well-developed knowledge of the legislation relating to social housing
  • Understanding of Health & Safety legislation
  • Excellent budget management and negotiation skills
  • Effective project management experience
