Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Negotiator to join our team at Kings Permanent Recruitment for Estate Agents & Financial Services Professionals. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and purchasers to ensure a seamless sales process.
  • Communication and Service: Provide consistently high levels of service and communication to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Sales Progression: Oversee sales progression, from initial contact to successful sale, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Client Requirements: Understand and meet the specific needs of clients, ensuring a tailored service that meets their expectations.
  • Viewings and Feedback: Arrange and accompany viewings, obtain feedback, and negotiate sales to achieve the best possible outcomes.
  • Team Support: Assist and mentor team members to ensure a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Passion for Service: Demonstrate a passion for providing a superb, professional, and friendly service to clients.
  • Proactive and Positive: Show a proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Organizational Skills: Possess excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively.
  • IT Skills: Have good IT skills, with the ability to use technology to enhance the sales process.
  • Appearance and Presentation: Present yourself in a smart and professional manner, with a full UK driving license and the right to work in the UK.

Remuneration:

  • Basic Salary: £24,000 - £25,000, commensurate with experience.
  • Commission and Profit Share: Earn a share of office commission and profit share, with the potential to earn £27,000+ on target earnings.
  • Holiday Entitlement: Enjoy 20 days holiday, plus the office is closed at Christmas, so no need to reserve personal annual leave during this period.
