Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and purchasers to ensure a seamless sales process.
  • Communication and Service: Provide consistently high levels of communication and service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Sales Progression: Oversee the sales progression process, ensuring timely and efficient completion of sales.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Viewing and Feedback: Arrange and accompany viewings, obtain feedback, and negotiate sales to achieve the best possible outcomes.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide support and guidance as needed.

Requirements:

  • Passion for Property: A genuine passion for property and a desire to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Proactive and Positive: A proactive and positive attitude, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • IT Skills: Good IT skills, including proficiency in property management software and other relevant systems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Remuneration:

  • Basic Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
  • Commission and Profit Share: Share of office commission and profit share, with the potential to earn £33,000+ on target earnings.
  • Holiday Entitlement: 25 days holiday per annum, plus additional days off at Christmas.
