  • Assist and mentor team members to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales negotiation and client relationship management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
  • Good IT skills, with experience of using property software and systems
