Residential Sales Negotiator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and driven Residential Sales Negotiator to join our client's dynamic and highly successful team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding Properties and managing the sales process from start to finish
  • Registering clients and building strong relationships to drive sales growth
  • Arranging and accompanying viewings to showcase properties to potential buyers
  • Obtaining viewing feedback and negotiating sales to achieve maximum value
  • Delivering consistently high levels of service and communication to clients and colleagues
  • Understanding client requirements to provide an efficient and tailored service
  • Overseeing sales progression and ensuring seamless transactions

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one year's recent experience in a similar sales role
  • Passion for providing a first-class, professional, and friendly service
  • Proactive attitude with a positive, can-do approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload
  • Proficiency in IT and ability to learn new systems
  • Well-presented and able to represent the company in a professional manner
  • Full UK driving license and ability to travel to client sites
