We are seeking an experienced and driven Residential Sales Negotiator to join our client's dynamic and highly successful team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding Properties and managing the sales process from start to finish
  • Registering clients and building strong relationships to drive sales growth
  • Arranging and accompanying viewings to showcase properties to potential buyers
  • Obtaining viewing feedback and negotiating sales to achieve maximum value
  • Delivering consistently high levels of service and communication to clients and colleagues
  • Understanding client requirements to provide tailored solutions and exceed expectations
  • Overseeing sales progression and ensuring seamless transactions

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one year's recent experience in a similar sales role
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth
  • Proactive attitude with a positive, can-do approach and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Proficiency in IT and ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Well-presented and professional in all aspects of the role
  • Full UK driving license and ability to travel to client meetings and viewings
