We have a rare opportunity for an NHS Administrative Line Manager to join our Women's & Child Health Care Group on a permanent basis at £37,000 - £42,000 per annum.
About the Role:
As an NHS Administrative Line Manager, you will be responsible for the line management of administrative and clerical staff and overseeing the day-to-day running of administrative functions within the Women's & Child Health Care Group.
This role involves HR elements such as recruitment & retention and attendance and performance monitoring. Awareness and implementation of Health & Safety protocols, coaching & mentoring, training, operational & admin workflow data collation and monitoring are also key responsibilities.
