We are seeking a Clinical Operations Manager to join our team at a leading independent pharmacy group across the Southwest of the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of pharmacists to deliver high-quality healthcare services.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Drive sales and performance targets for the pharmacy, resulting in increased revenue and profitability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and improve patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A degree in pharmacy and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) are essential.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in motivating and developing teams.
  • An estimated annual salary of £60,000-£80,000, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
