Healthcare Improvement Manager

Our Healthcare Improvement Manager will lead transformational change and support impactful quality improvements for our patients and teams across Devon. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others and be part of a supportive and inclusive environment.
You will be responsible for coaching colleagues and teams Trust-wide to deliver safe and effective improvements through our Quality Improvement Academy. Your experience in managing service improvement activities and projects will be invaluable in this role, and you will work closely with senior leaders and multi-disciplinary clinical and non-clinical teams to deliver high-quality care and services to our patients.
This role offers a competitive salary of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including flexible working schemes, family-friendly policies, and opportunities for professional development.
