Healthcare Security Services Manager

The Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled Healthcare Security Services Manager to join their team. This exciting role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of patients, staff, and visitors.
As a key member of the security department, you will be responsible for providing a flexible and high-quality service that extends care and consideration to all stakeholders.
Working closely with the healthcare team, you will ensure that the security services are tailored to meet the needs of the trust, maintaining a safe and crime-free environment at all times.
This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as experience of working within a fast-paced environment. A background in healthcare or security is desirable but not essential.
Key responsibilities:
- To provide a professional and effective Security Service
- To receive work requests via telephone, radio, and bleep
- To maintain good order and prevent public disorder/crime on all Trust sites
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
