About the Role:

Elysium Healthcare is seeking a skilled Nursing Associate to join our multidisciplinary team at Pinhoe View. As a Nursing Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to adults with acute mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service users.
  • Develop and maintain specialist knowledge to support the development and supervision of others.
  • Work proactively to ensure every service user is well cared for, responding to emergency situations with composure and maintaining safety.
  • Maintain clear, accurate, and concise clinical records, ensuring resident dignity and confidentiality at all times.
  • Participate in the supervision, caseload monitoring, and clinical education of student nurses and less experienced staff.
