Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service users.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care and support.
- Develop and maintain specialist knowledge to provide expert care and guidance to colleagues.
- Respond to emergency situations with composure and maintain safety and confidentiality at all times.
- Maintain accurate and concise clinical records to ensure continuity of care.
