Nursing Associate Role Overview

At Elysium Healthcare, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Associate to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between Healthcare Assistants and Nurses, supporting them to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to adults with acute mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and provide high-quality nursing care
• Develop and maintain specialist knowledge, supporting personal development and the development and supervision of others
• Work proactively to ensure every Service User is well cared for
• Respond to emergency situations with composure, maintaining safety and seeking support as required
• Maintain clear, accurate, and concise clinical records, upholding resident dignity and confidentiality at all times

What We Offer:
• Annual salary of £16,800 (22.5 hours a week)

About the Team:
The 24-hour acute inpatient service is supported by a full multidisciplinary team, specialising in the assessment, treatment, and stabilisation of people suffering from a significant mental health episode and in crisis. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred care to every Service User.
