About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Nursing Associate to join our multidisciplinary team at Pinhoe View, providing high-quality care and support to adults with acute mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to meet the needs of service users.
  • Develop and maintain specialist knowledge to support the development and supervision of others.
  • Work proactively to ensure the well-being and safety of service users.
  • Respond to emergency situations with composure and maintain safety.
  • Maintain accurate and concise clinical records and respect service user dignity and confidentiality.
  • Ensure clinical practice is evidence-based and develop and maintain clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Participate in the supervision, caseload monitoring, and clinical education of student nurses and less experienced staff.

About the Team

Our 24-hour acute inpatient service is supported by a full multidisciplinary team, specializing in the assessment, treatment, and stabilization of people suffering from a significant mental health episode and in crisis.
