About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing Associate to join our multidisciplinary team at Pinhoe View. As a Nursing Associate, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, person-centred care to adults with acute mental health conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service users.
- Develop and maintain specialist knowledge to support the development and supervision of others.
- Work proactively to ensure every service user is well cared for, responding to emergency situations with composure and seeking support when needed.
- Maintain clear, accurate, and concise clinical records, respecting resident dignity and confidentiality at all times.
- Ensure clinical practice is evidence-based or peer-reviewed 'best practice,' developing and maintaining clinical skills and knowledge necessary to deliver an evidence-based service.
- Participate in the supervision, caseload monitoring, and clinical education of student nurses and less experienced staff with the support of senior staff.
About the Team
You will be working in our 24-hour acute inpatient service, supported by a full multidisciplinary team that specialises in the assessment, treatment, and stabilisation of people suffering from a significant mental health episode and in crisis.
