About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing Associate to join our multidisciplinary team at Pinhoe View, a new purpose-built facility providing mental health services for adults with acute mental health conditions.

As a Nursing Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support to our Service Users, working closely with a full multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and plan individualised care and support plans for Service Users
  • Implement and evaluate care and support plans, ensuring a high standard of care is maintained
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care and support
  • Develop and maintain specialist knowledge and skills to deliver evidence-based care
  • Participate in supervision, caseload monitoring, and clinical education of student nurses and less experienced staff
