About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing Associate to join our multidisciplinary team at Pinhoe View, a new purpose-built facility providing mental health services for adults with acute mental health conditions.

As a Nursing Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support to our Service Users. You will work closely with our experienced team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and plan care for Service Users, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team
  • Implement and evaluate care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for Service Users
  • Provide person-centred care and support to Service Users, promoting their dignity and well-being
  • Work proactively to ensure the safety and well-being of Service Users, responding to emergency situations with composure and seeking support as needed
  • Maintain accurate and concise clinical records, ensuring confidentiality and dignity at all times
  • Participate in the supervision, caseload monitoring, and clinical education of student nurses and less experienced staff, with support from senior staff
