About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing Associate to join our multidisciplinary team at Pinhoe View, a new purpose-built facility providing mental health services for adults with acute mental health conditions.

As a Nursing Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our service users, working closely with healthcare professionals to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and plan individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of our service users
  • Implement and evaluate care plans, ensuring the highest standards of care and compassion
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care services
  • Develop and maintain specialist knowledge and skills to deliver evidence-based care
  • Participate in supervision, caseload monitoring, and clinical education of student nurses and less experienced staff
