Job Title: Care Home Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Care Home Senior Manager to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. This is a senior leadership role that requires a strong understanding of care home operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

The estimated salary for this position is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role:

This role involves leading a team of care staff, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring that our residents receive high-quality care. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing budgets, and implementing policies and procedures.

You will need to have a proven track record of leadership, ideally in a care home setting, and hold a relevant qualification such as a Level 3 NVQ or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering person-centred care, has excellent communication skills, and can build strong relationships with our residents, their families, and other stakeholders.
