We are seeking an IT Service Desk Junior Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our global locations. This role is ideal for those looking to kick-start their career in tech and gain valuable knowledge and qualifications to grow their career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to our Head Office, Warehouses, and Retail locations globally via our contact centre and ticketing systems.
- Take ownership of IT support queries and use various troubleshooting methods to resolve issues.
- Proactively manage a ticketing queue and escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
- Assist the wider IT teams with preparation of hardware and software as required.
Requirements:
- No prior experience is necessary, but you must demonstrate a passion for IT and a desire to develop your skillset.
- Team-focused and able to communicate effectively with colleagues to offer and receive support and advice.
- Problem-solving mindset and able to think logically and calmly under pressure.
- Able to proactively manage and prioritise a busy workload.
