Customer Service Manager

A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Customer Service Executive to join a team where you would manage various client enquiries. Managing client accounts and relationships means no two enquiries will be the same.
Hybrid working: This position will allow you to work 2 days at home and 3 days in the office.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours, and you will need to be flexible between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm.
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting customers with various enquiries via email and on the telephone.
- Managing business customer relationships.
- Managing complaints where required.
- Liaising with third parties and internal departments to support each customer enquiry.
