A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Customer Service Executive to join a team where you would manage various client enquiries. Managing client accounts and relationships means no two enquiries will be the same.

Hybrid working: This position will allow you to work 2 days at home and 3 days in the office.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours, and you will need to be flexible between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm.

As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for:

  1. Assisting customers with various enquiries via email and on the telephone.
  2. Managing business customer relationships.
  3. Managing complaints where required.
  4. Liaising with third parties and internal departments to support each customer enquiry.
