Customer Service Manager

As a key member of the Sikla Group team, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service across various industries, including Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Data Centres, Pharmaceutical, Energy from Waste, and Power Generation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and empower a team of customer service and office assistants to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Develop and implement best practice policies to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Resolve complex customer complaints or issues in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, and ERP systems.
  • High English proficiency level.
