Customer Service Manager

As a key member of the Sikla Group team, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service across various industries, including Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Data Centres, Pharmaceutical, Energy from Waste, and Power Generation.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and empower a team of customer service and office assistants to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Develop and implement best practice policies to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Resolve complex customer complaints or issues in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, and ERP systems.
- High English proficiency level.
- 25 days annual leave (+ bank holidays).
