About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at Sikla Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service operations and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and empower a team of customer service representatives to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Develop and implement best practice policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service
  • Manage complex customer complaints and issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
Requirements
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, and ERP systems
  • High English proficiency level
