Customer Service Case Manager

Join Charles Taylor Assistance, a leading global provider of medical assistance, travel risk, and claims management services, as a Customer Service Case Manager. In this role, you will be the critical point of contact for customers who become ill or injured on their travels, working alongside a team of medical and travel professionals to provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess insurance cover and organise medical treatment, transport, and accommodation for customers.
  • Mobilise a global network of agents and suppliers to provide local solutions, effect repatriations, and medical evacuations.
  • Develop a compassionate approach to customer interaction, demonstrating a caring and understanding attitude towards their needs and concerns.
  • Work well within a team and independently, across a wide range of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Remain calm under pressure, with excellent problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills.
