Customer Service Case Manager

Join Charles Taylor Assistance, a leading global provider of medical assistance, travel risk, and claims management services, as a Customer Service Case Manager. In this role, you will be the critical point of contact for customers who become ill or injured on their travels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess insurance cover and organise medical treatment, transport, and accommodation
  • Mobilise a global network of agents and suppliers to provide local solutions
  • Effect repatriations and medical evacuations
  • Work alongside a team of medical and travel professionals to provide exceptional customer service
Requirements:
  • Compassionate approach to customer interaction

  • Personal resilience to work in a high-pressured environment
  • Accurate typing skills and a good standard of education or equivalent experience
