Customer Service Manager Lead

As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in leading our Customer Service team, ensuring that every interaction with our clients is professional, courteous, and tailored to their unique needs.
We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill this position, requiring strong interpersonal skills, a warm and welcoming demeanor, and the ability to lead and train a small team of Customer Service Advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet people politely and professionally in person or over the telephone.
- Ensure the Front of House team answers the phone in accordance with company policy.
- Conduct competitor analysis to ensure accurate data within the local market.
- Support the General Manager in implementing the local marketing strategy.
- Possess effective interpersonal skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Confidently lead, train, and support a small team of Customer Service Advisors.
- Demonstrate strong customer relation skills.
- Meet the requirements for a DBS Disclosure check, with Avery Healthcare covering the costs.
Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience and location.
