Customer Service Lead

We're seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant General Manager at Bills Restaurants. As an Assistant General Manager, you will play a key role in leading our front-of-house team and ensuring that every guest has a memorable dining experience.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control. You will also be expected to maintain high standards of customer service and resolve any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:

- To work closely with the General Manager to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
