About the Role

As Customer Service Lead at Rich Mix, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service to our diverse audience. You will supervise a team of more than five staff, uphold the Health and Safety policy of the venue, and possess strong numeracy, IT, and communication skills.

You will have experience of cash handling, ability to take responsibility and prioritize workload effectively, make decisions and perform well under pressure, and work well under your own initiative. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in operations, customer service, or venue management.

The salary for this role is £30,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including a 25-day annual leave entitlement and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
