Customer Service Team Lead

NewFlex is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our customer service team in London. As a Customer Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising a team of customer service representatives, developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events and activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and mentor a team of customer service representatives
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve overall customer experience
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role or industry
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
What We Offer:
• Competitive salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum
