Customer Service Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our client's dynamic finance team.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the customer service team, ensuring that service levels are consistently met or exceeded.
  2. Implement and maintain quality controls to ensure that the team's work meets or exceeds expectations.
  3. Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  4. Monitor and assess team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  5. Develop and implement training and development plans to help team members achieve their objectives.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Customer Service Team Leader, ideally within a financial services environment.
  • A Level 3 award in Financial Administration or a willingness to undertake the qualification.
  • Proven experience in planning, monitoring, and controlling work to meet business objectives.
  • The ability to identify and assess risks in a customer service environment.
