Customer Service Lead

The Bamford Collection is looking for a Customer Service Lead to join its team in London. As a key member of the retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our guests.
Salary: £29,000 (full-time, 40 hours)
This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in the food industry and knowledge of sustainable practices. The ideal candidate will be able to motivate and inspire a team, drive sales growth and ensure exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the customer service team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with the management team to plan and deliver long-term business objectives.
- Mentor and coach team members to achieve their full potential.
- Ensure effective delegation and empower team members to take ownership of their roles.
