Regional Planning Specialist

We are seeking a talented and ambitious graduate town planner to join our planning team at TDM Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our development projects in Kent and the South East.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with local authorities and stakeholders to ensure projects align with strategic development objectives.
- Formulate and present planning applications, with ongoing communication with regulatory bodies.
- Assess and propose resolutions for intricate planning and zoning issues.
- Sustain a commitment to ongoing research, keeping up to date with local, regional, and national planning regulations and industry best practices.
- Degree qualified and working towards MRTPI.
- Currently working for a planning consultancy or residential developer/house developer experience in strategic land.
- Detailed experience in dealing with residential planning applications and appeals.
- Bright, ambitious, and determined to succeed.
