Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Zero Surplus. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts in the Southeast region, stretching from Hertfordshire to the south coast and East to Essex/Kent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of accounts in the Southeast region
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize sales and minimize loss of market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Work closely with the internal sales and customer service function to ensure seamless support
- Meet and exceed sales targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience in regional sales in a comparable sector such as KBB, construction, electrical or plumbing
- Demonstrable history of achieving sales targets
- Excellent account management and account growth ability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
