Regional Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales growth in the South East region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to exceed turnover and margin growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Maximise business through existing and new customers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Track and analyse sales performance against agreed KPIs and targets
- Ensure accurate and timely administration
- Proven sales track record of at least 2 years in a field-based role
- Strong sales skills with a focus on customer solutions
- Ability to problem-solve and negotiate effectively
- Proficient in using Excel and Microsoft Office
- Competitive starting salary of £37,000
- Company car and uncapped OTE with realistic potential of £50k+
- Full-time permanent role with benefits including death in service and Highstreet cash perkbox
