Area Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales growth in the South East region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to exceed turnover and margin growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximise business through existing and new customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Track and analyse sales performance against agreed KPIs and targets
  • Ensure accurate and timely administration
Requirements:
  • Proven sales track record of at least 2 years in a field-based role
  • Strong sales skills with a focus on customer solutions
  • Ability to problem-solve and negotiate effectively
  • Proficient in using Excel and Microsoft Office
What We Offer:
  • Competitive starting salary of £37,000
  • Company car and uncapped OTE with realistic potential of £50k+
  • Full-time permanent role with benefits including death in service and Highstreet cash perkbox
