The Opportunity
This role is critical in ensuring that our staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills to mitigate violence at work. You will work closely with our clinical, health and safety, and healthcare security disciplines to integrate violence reduction strategies into our daily work approaches.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver adult education programs to empower staff to apply their skills in real-world settings
- Collaborate with our safety services team to prevent and reduce violence at work
- Utilize your expertise in Microsoft Office suite to create engaging learning experiences
- Embed Te Tiriti principles into your work, ensuring a good partnership with Máori communities
- Build competency in te ao Máori, tikanga, and te reo Máori, or commit to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growth
